AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE REQUESTED A 30% DEPOSIT TO BE SENT WITH BANK TRANSFER, the balance of the remaining sum will be paid upon arrival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The apartment is intended upon receipt of the copy within 5 working days, after the date of the reservation will be considered void.
WITHDRAWAL: In case of cancellation of the booking the full value of the deposit will be retained in accordance with and for the purposes of art. 1385 c.c. and rent account.
The municipality of San Vincenzo obliges us to perceive its name in addition to the price agreed by us THE TOURIST TAX:
May and September 1 euro / day per person for the first 14 days (excluding children up to 12 years and disabled with 1 companion)
June, July and August 1,25 euro/day
Safeguard COVID-19
If the reservation has been made but due to Covid-19 it is NOT possible to take advantage of the stay, it will be possible to receive a refund of the deposit or confirm the reservation for the following year. If you decide to take advantage of this possibility, it will be necessary to send the request to info@leduepalme.com with the relative certificate of the USL attached.
